The service is open from Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays 51 weeks per year.
8 Hours: 8am - 4pm
9 Hours: 8am - 5pm
10 Hours: 7am - 5pm
11 Long Day Care Hours: 7am - 6pm
Start Strong Funding - 2026:
Cottage Kids Community Preschool participates in the NSW Government Start Strong Funding program, which supports affordable, high-quality preschool education for eligible children in the two years before school.
In 2026, eligible children aged 4 years old on or before 31 July 2026 may receive up to $2,563 per year in fee relief, and eligible children aged 3 years old on or before 31 July 2026 may receive up to $769 per year in fee relief, applied as a reduction to preschool fees after the Australian Government Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is applied.
Start Strong funding is in addition to CCS and is passed directly to families as a reduction in fees once the required NSW Government consent and declaration form is completed and returned to the service. Fee relief eligibility and rates are subject to the Start Strong program guidelines and annual requirements.
Fees & Charges:
2 years - 3 years $165.00 per day
4 years - 6 years (Preschool Program) $155.00 per day
